Meet the Team
Nicole, Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant
Nicole is the first smiling face you see when you come into the office at Bruce Chiropractic & Comprehensive Care. She moved to Miami during her childhood, but returned to Ocala where she attended Blessed Trinity. Nicole was a student of the charter class at Trinity Catholic High School. She is currently working towards her AA degree in Biology and would eventually would like to study pediatric medicine. She enjoys water sports and the beach.
Renee, Office Manager
Renee was born in Chicago, but has lived in many exciting places including the Virgin Islands, California, and Texas before making her way back to Ocala, Florida. She has been working at Bruce Chiropractic & Comprehensive Care since it's inception in 2006 and you will find her in many capacities in the office. Renee is married with three boys and enjoys her family, traveling, and Gator sports.
Trish, Assistant Manager/Chiropractic Assistant
Trish was born in Attleboro, Massachusetts and moved to Florida when she was two. She has grown up locally and attended schools in both Leesburg and Ocala. Trish has been working in chiropractic almost 11 years. She enjoys spending time at the beach and with her two children.
Demetrius, Clinical Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant
Demetrius was born in Brooklyn, New York, where he attended Brooklyn College. He has been invovled in the healthcare industry for the last 15 years, 12 of which have been in chiropractic care. Demetrius has managed the physical therapy department at various clinical establishments which is where you find him at Bruce Chiorpractic & Comprhensive Care. He is certified in nerve conduction velocity studies, functional capacity evaluations, surface EMG, range of motion testing and is a licensed x-ray technician. His hobbies include music, sports, and spending time with his family.
Darnell, Chiropractic Assistant
Darnell was born in Hialeah, Florida. She grew up in Ocala and graduated from Vanguard High School. Darnell has a background of Law Enforcement for 8 years and 5 years experience in the chiropractic field. She enjoys being part of the team and caring for patients. She attends Trinity Baptist Church and devotes her free time to her 2 great children. She can be found cheering them on during their baseball games!
Barbara, Licensed Massage Therapist
Barbara was born in Bethpage, New York on Long Island. She came to Florida the day after she graduated high school and has been in the customer service field for nearly 20 years. She wanted to combine her people skills and educate others toward better health so she entered the Florida School of Massage and graduated in 2006. She is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association and certified in Swedish, Neuromuscular and Polarity therapies. Barbara is married and loves to spend time with her children seeing things through their eyes all over again!
